Welcome to Rise and Spark –– a grief support group based in North Devon.Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a pet or loss of health. This is a safe space where grief and joy coexist.

This isn’t about “moving on” or pretending everything’s fine. It’s about being real, creative, and connected while navigating the messy, beautiful, human experience of loss.

We gather in Braunton, North Devon to explore grief through conversation, art, rituals, different holistic modalities and community. Sometimes with tears, sometimes with laughter (often both).You don’t need to have it all together to show up. Bring yourself, as you are.Griefy. Tender. Human. Everyone is welcome here.
